We believe in our in-house manufacturing process, reliability of the components we use and the resulting quality of our sit-to-stand desks. We therefore offer a 5 year warranty on all of our desks.
The warranty covers all parts of 'Linak desk kits' and 'Switch Desks' including the lifting system, frame and work surface.
Our carefully selected 'ConSet' desks are supplied with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on motor and frame.
Warranty for all of our desks, including 'Linak kits', 'Switch Desks' and 'ConSet' desks cover replacement parts only (onsite labour or freight costs are not included in the warranty).
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only.
CONSOLE CONCEPTS reserves the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. In many cases we will send a replacement part and the faulty part needs to be sent back to Console Concepts for warranty assessment.
This warranty will end immediately if the goods become defective as a consequence of misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorised service, modifications, improper installation, damaged caused by accident, use outdoors or lack of proper care.
To make a claim, please contact us by phone (03 9551 1407) or email (info@consoleconcepts.com.au) with details of the product and details of the problem. Linak lifting system components are sent to Linak for analysis. If Linak's failure analysis shows that the returned product conforms to written specifications and is free from defects in material and workmanship under use and service, a fee may be charged for the time and materials used in analysing the returned product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. The benefits under this Warranty Policy are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
